Kouč není najímaný proto, že rozumí lépe Vaší profesi. Kouč je najímaný proto, že je odborník ve své profesi. To zaručují jeho certifikace a systém průběžného vzdělávání certifikovaných koučů.
Během května a června 2016 jsem se zúčastnil 6. ročníku WBECS, World Business And Executive Coach Summit, celosvětového online setkání business a executive koučů.
Poselstvím WBECS je zpřístupnit formou přednášek a seminářů výjimečné znalosti, nástroje a myšlenkové modely světově proslulých koučů, kteří formují budoucnost profese koučování. Tito koučové z celého světa byli vybráni velmi pečlivým procesem zahrnujícím 1400 zpětných vazeb, 1100 nominací, komisí 90 předních koučů a 3 výzkumnými týmy.
Během 2 měsíců jsem absolvoval celkem 123 hodin seminářů, jejichž obsah byl postaven jak na desítkách let praxe a zkušeností jednotlivých přednášejících a jejich týmů, tak na nejnovějších vědeckých výzkumech v oblastech neurověd, společenských věd a psychologie.
Díky účasti na WBECS jsem měl možnost učit se od nejlepších z nejlepších z celého světa. Inspirovat se jejich zkušenostmi, poznat jejich metodiky, využít výsledky jejich výzkumů, odhalit jejich Best Practices. Mnoho poznatků a praktik zařazuji ihned do své praxe, další studuji hlouběji, aby vám během koučování přinesly co největší užitek.
